Prices
Prices shown in the catalogue are retail prices inclusive of VAT at the current rate, but exclusive of post and packaging. We intend to maintain these prices until 31 December 2011.
VAT Relief
Certain items in this catalogue are eligible for VAT relief for those who are chronically sick or disabled. Where this applies, the lower VAT exempt price is shown in brackets and can be claimed on the order if the declaration on the form is signed and the disability stated.
Handling and Carriage
Please add an additional £5.99 on all orders under £100.00. This covers order processing, packaging and carriage charges on local deliveries. Ask for quote on nationwide.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form. Normally despatch will be within 14 days, but if you have not heard from us within 28 days please contact us.
Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason the products you receive are damaged or faulty, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund your payment in full.
